I know that quick fixes are what sell. I know that we live in a microwave society and no one wants to wait for anything. But I have to agree with the e-Harmony ads when they ask the question, “Do you want fast or forever?” Quick weight loss is awesome but almost always turns into quick weight gain. A few weeks ago I went to Tropical Smoothie. I try to be mindful of what I eat and 99% of my meals are made at home, however, on this particular day I was running around like a maniac and I knew I hadn’t prepared anything so I stopped for a sandwich and a smoothie. Cauliflower with Smoked Paprika

What You’ll Need 1 head cauliflower 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp salt ½ tsp black pepper ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional) 2-4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil What You Do Preheat oven to 425 degrees Remove cauliflower stem and leaves and break into smaller florets Combine paprika, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and oil into a large zip lock bag.
