One of my new favorite magazines is AARP the Magazine When I turned 50 I started to receive mail from AARP (American Association of Retired Persons). Initially, I felt some kind of way about that. First of all, who retires at 50? Secondly, I certainly didn’t feel old enough to be a member. Finally, AARP? Really? Now, it’s one of my favorite magazines. It is the one publication that encourages people to own their age. I like that. I will be 52 in less than 4 months and I have never felt or looked better than I do right now. Have you decided to make some changes? It’s normal to want to make some changes in our lives. Without change there is no growth. Maybe your changes include losing weight, taking up a new hobby, changing jobs, ending a relationship, moving to a new city, etc. And to that I say, “Good for you!” Chances are you have been thinking about taking this step for a while and there is no better time than the present. Client Feature - Charmian

I had the opportunity to catch up with my client Charmian today. I was so excited to see her and when she told me that she had reached her goal weight I was even more thrilled. Charmian completed her 90-day program in April and she has stayed on track on ever since.
