Cauliflower with Smoked Paprika

What You’ll Need

1 head cauliflower

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

2-4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

 

What You Do

Preheat oven to 425 degrees

Remove cauliflower stem and leaves and break into smaller florets

Combine paprika, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and oil into a large zip lock bag.  Add cauliflower.  Seal bag and coat the cauliflower.

Transfer cauliflower to a cookie sheet and spread in a single layer

Roast about 20 minutes

Turn cauliflower once and roast 10 more minutes or until tender and beginning to brown
