Incline dumbbell press – 3x10 (pictured)
Tricep Extension 1 x 20, 1 x 10
Superset: Skull crushers 3x10 with Tricep Kickback 3x12
7 minutes of incline walking on treadmill
I went relatively heavy today. I was careful with the weight since I knew I had lost some strength. That's what happens when you take too much time off from the gym.
